
Direct Expansion AHU
Introduction:
The direct expansion type AHU combines air compression condensation with air handling. The refrigerant undergoes expansion directly in the evaporator coil, absorbing heat from the air passing over the coil to achieve cooling effect.
It has independent cooling source (outer unit), various customized air handling sections (inner units) and integrated control. The outer units is connected with the AHU with copper pipes, and the inner AHU can be made into cooling type, heat pump type, purification type, fresh air type, and constant temperature/humidity type.
The DX AHU is designed for the special use in the field of medical hygiene, Pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, Automobile manufacturing, Experimental research, food processing, school, etc.

4. High quality components, efficient and low-noise:
The outdoor unit of the direct expansion combined air conditioning unit adopts a fully enclosed vortex compressor, which has high efficiency, low noise, and strong resistance to liquid impact. The indoor unit adopts high-quality double inlet centrifugal fans (fan selection certified by AMCA) or volute free fans (optional) or EC fans (optional). The fan impeller and belt have undergone dynamic and static balance testing and calibration before leaving the factory, and are equipped with special anti vibration measures. The operation is quieter with less vibration and has a longer service life.
5. Advanced control and reliable operation:
Using a microcontroller or PLC control system, the operation panel can choose a text manual operator or a LCD touch screen with multiple filtering levels for control. The controller has built-in fuzzy control or PID control, with a user-friendly interface, easy operation, and high reliability. Reasonable configuration of filter levels can ensure that each level of filter is in the best working condition. The main electrical components are from internationally renowned brands, with low failure rate and long service life. RS485 communication interface can be provided for remote monitoring.
6. Excellent quality of heat exchanger:
The optimized and improved coil gap, combined with the precision mechanical expansion tube, is matched with an aluminum fin structure to form a copper tube, which has high heat transfer efficiency and a large heat transfer coefficient, ensuring excellent heat transfer performance. The aluminum fins have undergone special treatment to improve their corrosion resistance and greatly enhance the durability of the heat exchanger.
7. Excellent internal pipeline structure of air conditioning:
Using pipeline simulation design technology and comprehensive stress data analysis to prevent leakage. During the transportation of air conditioning, it is important to effectively avoid resonance between pipeline vibration and transportation vibration, reduce pipeline fatigue damage during transportation, increase pipeline noise absorption capacity, and reduce air conditioning operating noise.
8. Humanity design:
Adopting a full frame structure. All panels can be disassembled for easy installation and maintenance of the unit. The unit is also equipped with access doors for quick inspection and maintenance of internal components. All maintenance work can be carried out on one side of the unit without reserving space for inspection on the other side. The sharp corners of all unit components are all clock processed.
