Working Principle: 

  • The ACDC Hybrid Solar Air Conditioner stands apart from conventional DC inverter models. It operates directly on DC power from solar panels during daylight hours. Thanks to advanced Intelligent Power Management technology, this system can use solar energy without requiring an inverter, controller, or battery.

  • On sunny days, when solar output exceeds the air conditioner's energy demand, the unit draws most of its power directly from the solar panels, achieving high efficiency with a SEER rating of up to 36. It supports a solar DC input of up to 310V/10A.

  • Designed for hybrid operation, the system relies primarily on solar energy during the day. If additional power is needed, it automatically supplements with standard 220V–240V AC electricity.

  • Our ACDC Hybrid Solar Air Conditioner system is designed to operate efficiently using solar power. It can continue to perform reliably even when the grid voltage drops as low as 165V. Aside from the compressor and control circuit, all major components—such as the high-efficiency DC fan motor, compressor, and electronic expansion valve—are powered by DC.

  • Multiple sensors within the system monitor the circuit and regulate refrigerant flow through the electronic expansion valve. This enables an intelligent combination of precise refrigerant control and inverter technology, allowing the air conditioner to automatically adjust its cooling or heating capacity based on real-time conditions.

  • The inverter controller manages key parameters such as compressor speed, refrigerant flow, and fan speed. These are automatically adjusted through multiple sensors that monitor the system in real time, optimizing performance based on actual conditions. As the room temperature approaches the set point, the system reduces its output and power consumption accordingly. Thanks to Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) inverter technology, this results in energy savings of approximately 40% to 50% compared to conventional air conditioners.
