Project Background & Customer Pain Points
Harsh Climate Conditions
Binh Duong has high temperature and humidity year-round, with summer peaks of 38–40°C and humidity above 90%. European and American cooling towers often produce high outlet water temperatures, leading to efficiency loss of chillers and unstable workshop temperature control.
On-site Constraints
Concrete foundations on the factory roof had already been constructed according to foreign brand dimensions, making major reconstruction unfeasible. The factory also faced water shortages and required water-saving equipment.
Disadvantages of Competitor Products
European and American brands were priced 42% higher, with delivery times exceeding 60 days and no local after-sales service in Vietnam. Spare parts delivery took more than one month.
