Explosion-proof Window AC

Introduction:

Explosion proof window air conditioners are classified into 3 types according to their functions: cooling type, heat pump cooling&heating type, and electric heating&cooling type. They all consist of 4 parts: refrigeration system, electrical control system, air circulation system, and box support system.

Working Principle:

After the power is turned on, the fan and compressor are put into operation. The compressor compresses the low-pressure R22 refrigerant vapor into high-temperature and high-pressure vapor, which is then sent to the condenser. The axial fan on the outside of the room forces air to flow through the condenser, and its heat is carried away by the air. High pressure vapor is condensed into high-pressure liquid, which enters the evaporator after being throttled and depressurized by a capillary tube to vaporize and absorb heat, thereby cooling the air flowing through the evaporator under the action of a centrifugal fan. Cold air is blown into the room by a centrifugal fan, achieving the purpose of reducing the indoor air temperature. The indoor air is then sucked in by the centrifugal fan through a return air filter; In this way, the air continuously circulates, reducing the indoor air temperature to within the regulated range. At the same time, due to the fact that the surface temperature of the fins and evaporator coils of explosion-proof window air conditioners is always lower than the dew point temperature of the cooled air, if the humidity of the air is high, water vapor condenses into water droplets and flows along the fins of the evaporator into the water receiving tray. Part of the dew is thrown out by the axial flow fan's water slinger to cool the condenser, and the remaining part flows out through the drainage pipe on the chassis. When the indoor temperature reaches the regulated temperature, the temperature controlled compressor stops working while the fan motor continues to run, allowing indoor air to circulate and circulate. When the room temperature rises again to the set upper limit temperature, the compressor starts working again. The explosion-proof window air conditioner circulates in this way to maintain the indoor temperature within the required range.

To replace fresh air in the room, a fresh air door and an exhaust valve are also opened on the horizontal partition of the explosion-proof window air conditioner. After opening the fresh air door, outdoor fresh air is directly sucked in and blown into the room through an offline fan; The indoor turbid air is discharged to the outside through offline fans and exhaust valves, thus achieving the function of indoor and outdoor air circulation.
