Cooling Tower Closed Circuit Cross-Flow HM-E

Introduction: 

This HM-E closed cuicuit cross-flow cooling tower is a heat rejection equipment used in industrial processes and HVAC systems to dissipate heat from water-cooled systems. This cooling tower design is a combination of a closed-circuit system (where the process fluid circulates in a closed loop, separate from the atmosphere) and a cross-flow airflow arrangement.

It has heat exchange coil, heat exchange packing, spray pump group, efficient axial flow fan, 304 stainless steel frame structure, CTI certificates, etc.

Operation Schematic:

The evaporative heat exchanger is use water as the cooling medium and air as the carrier, combining the performance of water-cooled cooler and normal filling of the cooling tower. The circulating water that has not been completely evaporated in the heat exchange area can be cooled again in the filling layer, so making the circulating water temperature lower.

Compared with the traditional open cooling system, the closed system use closed cooling tower (evaporative
cooler) as the main heat exchange equipment to isolate the cooled water from the outside. During the heat
exchange process, it ensures the high cleanliness of the environment, water body and equipment. At the same
time, it has the advantages of water saving, energy saving, low maintenance cost and intelligent operation.
