
Cooling Tower Closed Circuit Counter-Flow HR-E
Introduction:
This HR-E closed cuicuit counter-flow cooling tower is used in industrial applications to reject heat from systems such as HVAC, manufacturing processes, or power plants. It works by using a closed loop of fluid that circulates through the system to absorb heat and then releases it into the environment.

It has fully enlosed struture, Magnesium aluminum zinc coated frame structure, IP55 motor, heat exchange oil, and spray pump.

Features:
1. Fully enclosed structure

The counterflow fully enclosed structure air outlet is equipped with an M-type high-efficiency dehydrator (water baffle), which achieves precise water gas separation and minimal water loss.

The air inlet is equipped with a three in one (anti splash, dust-proof, and anti direct sunlight) air intake grille, which effectively controls the growth of algae, and the spray water quality is cleaner. It is designed with an independent air chamber.

The top adopts a special galvanized steel air duct, which has a stable flow field and low air turbulence.

3. Motor and transmission

4. Heat exchange coil
-
The heat exchange coil is a key component of the cooling tower, made of copper or high-quality steel pipes. It is cooled by a cooling medium inside and sprayed with water outside to meet the cooling requirements.

Hot dip galvanized steel pipe (G-type)
The entire tube bundle is hot-dip galvanized in a high-temperature melting tank to ensure excellent performance of the coils.

TP2 phosphorus deoxidized copper tube (T-shaped)
The connection between the copper pipe and the elbow is made with silver welding rod, with few welding points and good quality. The design pressure is 1.2MPa.

Stainless steel pipe (S-type)
It can be assembled with 304 or 316 stainless steel pipes, and has strong anti-corrosion ability.
