Introduction: 

This MR-E cooling tower with bottom air intake is a type of cooling tower where the air intake is located at the bottom of the structure, rather than at the sides or top. This design affects the airflow and cooling efficiency.

Bottom intake designs can offer better energy efficiency by allowing for more controlled airflow and reducing the load on fan systems, especially if there’s a large temperature gradient between the air and water.

Features:

  • The new type of composite sandwich insulation panel is made of outer steel plate material and intermediate hard flame-retardant polyurethane insulation material, which are foam formed as a whole. The high-quality fiberglass inner panel provides excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces prevent dust accumulation and are easy to clean.

 

  • The new composite panel can absorb the vibration generated by mechanical components, reduce noise, effectively block the transmission of noise in the cooling tower, and effectively prevent high heat conduction in the surrounding environment, preventing external radiation heat from entering the tower.

 

  • Installing a windproof sand device at the top can prevent wind and sand from entering the tower and causing pipeline blockage.

 

  • Optional intelligent motor frequency converter with monitoring system: energy-saving and efficient, variable frequency speed regulation, closed-loop control, automatic adjustment of motor power and fan speed according to changes in ambient temperature and refrigeration load.

 

  • A semi closed water collection tank prevents water droplets from splashing out of the tower and causing the surrounding environment to become humid. It effectively blocks debris and prevents direct sunlight from contaminating the water chamber, such as algae, plants, and bacteria. Maintaining the cleanliness of the water system is more effective.

Power System in Bottom:

  • In the atmospheric environment, the fan is located in the lower temperature inlet with small fan power consumption.

  • Easy to the operation and maintenance of the fan and power system, and the fan has a longer service life.

  • The speed of the air outlet is lower air inlet, so will not bring the water droplets out of the tower and reduce drift loss.

  • When the cooling tower is operating, mechanical noise will enter the tower upwards with the air direction. The noise has been weakened when the noise leaves the tower to achieve lower noise compare with other same model cooling tower.

  • Safe to use, effectively prevent high falling objects to damage the power system.
